Boiler Circulation Pump

Boiler circulating pumps circulate water within the boiler to enhance boiler operation. They take suction from a header that is connected to several downcomers from the bottom of the boiler drum and discharge through additional tube circuits, the water which is pumped is at the boiler temperature and pressure. Boiler circulating pumps are designed for high temperature (usually between 150°C and 315°C, depending on boiler size and rating) and high pressure (corresponding to boiler temperature and water vapor pressure).

Boiler Feed Pump

A boiler feedwater pump is a specialised pump primarily employed to pump feedwater into a steam boiler. These pumps are normally high-pressure units that take suction from a condensate return system, and can be of centrifugal pump type. Boiler feed pumps are also referred to as feed pumps.

Feed Pump

A feed pump is a specialised equipment that supplies water to a boiler to produce steam. For industrial purposes, a feed pump supplies a liquid for further processing. These pumps are high-pressure pumps and are generally of two types: positive displacement type feed pumps, centrifugal feed pumps.

Main Feed Pump

The function of a main feed pump is to discharge the condensate boiler feed water from hot well to the boiler drum, with the rotation of shaft and impeller the hot feed water is thrown outward radially across the walls of the pump; along the path of the flow. This increases the speed of the fluid, and so does the pressure.

Flue Gas Desulphurization Pump

Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) is a set of technologies employed to remove sulphur dioxide (SO2) from exhaust flue gases of fossil-fuel power plants, as well as from the emissions of other sulphur oxide emitting processes. The FGD technology is based on a chemical reaction that occurs when the warm exhaust gases from the coal-fired boiler come into contact with limestone.

Condensate Pump

Condensate pumps are employed to collect and disperse the hot water and liquid produced by condensation from heating systems, such as gas and oil condensing boilers, from the production of refrigerated air, such as air conditioning and refrigeration systems, air dehumidifiers and evaporators, and the steam produced by heat exchangers and radiators.
